Basement Finishing & Renovations in Carleton Place
We work in Carleton Place as well as Ottawa. Most of our Carleton Place work is full basement finishing — turning bare concrete into bedrooms, a family room, a bathroom and a wet bar.
A recent Carleton Place project
Our work in Carleton Place
Carleton Place basement: starting from bare walls, we framed, insulated and drywalled the full basement, then finished it with vinyl plank flooring, a hallway of new bedrooms, a full bathroom with a glass shower and black tile, and a wet bar.
Permits in Carleton Place
Carleton Place is its own municipality in Lanark County, so permits go through the Town of Carleton Place building department rather than the City of Ottawa. We handle the application and inspections.
