How long does a basement finish take?
Most basements take 6 to 8 weeks of site work once permits are in place. Your proposal states the schedule up front.
Can you build a legal secondary suite?
Yes. We build basement apartments with their own kitchen, bathroom and entrance, and coordinate the permit and inspections with the City of Ottawa.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. You get a detailed Bill of Quantities with a fixed price. Anything you add later is a written change order you approve first.
